Due to COVID-19, lead time for standard delivery is currently around 10-15 business days as The Imperfect Life® Planner is now a print-on-demand product. 

We're incredibly conscious of the environmental impact our previous, imported editions may have had. And we're proud that this production method means the carbon footprint of importing, and the potential for overstock and waste have been entirely removed ❤️️ 

If you're awaiting your standard delivery order, please allow up to 21 days from the date of your order before getting in touch. And if you're awaiting an express delivery order, please allow up to 10 days from the date of your order before getting in touch. Delivery networks are obviously adapting operations through unprecedented limitations, and slight delays may occur.

If you're waiting beyond these times however, then please do drop us a line and we'll take care of you.

We believe that our standard delivery lead time will return to 7 days in due course.

How much is shipping? 📦

All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the quantity ordered (weight), the type of delivery service selected and the delivery location, but here is a guide for your reference;

How long will my order take? ⏱

Orders placed before 12 noon GMT are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next working day. The below table gives you an idea of current, overall printing and delivery timelines;

Please bear in mind that orders placed around Christmas and New Year may take longer due to peak seasonal volumes. 

International shipping 🌎

Please note import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information, be sure to contact your country’s customs office to determine any potential additional costs prior to purchasing. 


Returns aren't accepted unless the planner(s) arrive damaged or faulty. But please do get in touch if your planner doesn't reach you in the condition you feel it should. We'd love for you to allow us to make things right. Printing is not an exact science and rare imperfections do occur.
