Planners are shipped worldwide using a tracked service with an economy and express option to choose from. The economy service won't require a signature on delivery, but the express service will. 

How much is shipping? 📦

All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the quantity ordered (weight), the type of delivery service selected and the delivery location, but here is a guide for your reference;

How long does shipping take? ⏱

Delivery within the UK 1-2 working days from dispatch
Delivery to Europe 1-7 working days from dispatch
Delivery to the rest of the world 1-10 working days from dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. 

Christmas delivery 🎅🏻

Please bear in mind that orders placed around Christmas and New Year may take longer due to peak seasonal volumes. To ensure orders to the UK reach you before Christmas, please order before 12 noon on Wednesday 19th December. To ensure orders to Europe reach you before Christmas, please order before 12 noon on Friday 14th December. To ensure orders to the rest of the world reach you before Christmas, please order before 12 noon on Friday 16th November.

International shipping 🌎

International orders require extended shipping time, which vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information, be sure to contact your country’s customs office to determine any potential additional costs prior to purchasing. 


At the moment, returns aren't available unless the planner is damaged or faulty on delivery I'm afraid. (And remember, imperfections are beautiful because they mean it has a story) 😇 But please do get in touch if your planner doesn't reach you in the condition you felt it should, and please send images of the planner with your email so I can work out what's gone wrong and try and improve for the future. I want to make sure you're in-love and obsessed with your planner on the very day you meet! 😍
